We won this brief in a pithc to UK-wide estate agency Northwood Property. The brief was to draw attention to their rental guarantee scheme available to all landlords.
WHAT WE DID
With the above in mind, statistically speaking, a landlord’s biggest fear is losing cash as their properties sit empty until a suitable and interested tenant is found. We decided to move away from the brand's traditionally more serious creative - injecting some characterisation and fun. This ran in national press, window displays, online display and radio formats.
